Before any construction begins, we work with the customer/owner, designers, and planners to ensure the project meets your needs, meets the required codes, and is performed safely.
From Footers to Roofing and Everything Between
Our services include turnkey projects that take the structure from the ground up, including all necessary utilities, to the roofing and even detailed interior finishing work.
Project Deadlines
We monitor the timeline of our tasks to ensure deadlines are met on schedule. Whenever possible, we self-perform the work to meet tight schedule deadlines.
ABOUT P&W
Scott Wilson, owner of P&W Construction, has over 30 years of construction experience in various roles. He has served as Project Manager, Site Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Safety Manager for several companies, including his own. Scott has owned P&W for over 15 years and has completed numerous government and commercial projects in East Tennessee. The P&W name has evolved to become Performance & Workmanship... taking construction to the next level. Projects performed by P&W include construction of facilities for a local utility district, healthcare facilities, educational facilities, sporting facilities, renovation of a courthouse, and renovation of interior for Air National Guard facilities at McGhee-Tyson Airport (photo at right). A few P&W project photos are identified in the following section.

PROJECTS BY P&W
This $2.5 million project was built for a group of family doctors in Kingsport area. It involved architects, engineers, utility companies, and had strict requirements for healthcare facilities.
This $2.4 project, contracted through TN Dept. of Transportation, provided another Welcome Center at a busy entry point near the state line of TN.
This $5.2 Million project for Hallsdale-Powell Utility District (HPUD) included these front offices, as well as their service garage and supply warehouse (shown in following 2 photos). NOTE: This project was performed while HPUD continued daily operations, which required demo and constructing in different phases.
